The original weights class that builds strength, tones your body, and pushes you to the limit every time.

Be Strong! What Will BodyPump do for me? - Shape and tone muscles - Improve general fitness and

well-being - Increase Bone Density (important in avoiding osteoporosis) - Burn up to 560 calories per

class - Give a sense of achievement. When will I notice results? Once you’ve started BODYPUMP, your

muscles will quickly adapt to this type of workout and you’ll notice strength gains as your body gets used

to lifting weight. As your strength improves, you’ll start to see fat loss and improved muscle tone.

Vitality HIIT Class Description

This class is Vitality Fitness's version of the popular High Intensity Interval Training workout regimen. HIIT training consists of short, intense periods of exercise followed by short recoveries. There are many metabolic, cardiovascular, and aerobic benefits.

In Vitality's classes, you will complete tabatas, ladder challenges, and other strength focused intense bursts. The class lasts 30 - 40 min.

There are benefits for all age groups and abilities. We can modify each exercise accordingly.
